Features coming up with Android 11
Features available with the Preview version may be changed in the final release. And also this release will come up with many new features. Let’s have a look at them.
Dark mode scheduling:
With this feature, your device would switch between normal mode and dark mode depending on whether it is day or night.
One time permission:
Android 10 allows access to location, camera, or microphone data only when the app is open. But Android 11 will provide a one-time permission setting that will allow access for only one time.
Chat Bubbles:
After enabling the bubble, each notification will pop up in a chat head for your messaging apps. Though Android 10 also had this feature it was no accepted by developers, therefore google provided it again with Android 11 so they take another look at it.
Media files in the pop-up notifications:
Earlier, you can send only text messages in pop-up replies. But this feature enables you to send photos and other media content via pop-up notifications.
Mute notification sounds while recording:
This feature helps you to get rid of the nasty sound of sudden notifications while recording videos. And enjoy continuous video recording with muted alerts.
Native screen recording:
In Android 11, we will get an option of “screen recording” in the quick setting toggle just like the “screenshot” however, there is no audio capture option for this recorder.
Share menu app pinning:
This feature again comes up with this version, which enables you to pin the most used app in the share menu.
Reverse charging:
This feature will provide you battery sharing option with reverse wireless charging. Therefore, later Pixel devices will launch along with this feature.
